Updates and Foolish Things

With everyone getting into the spirit of April Fools we decided to join in. Fans of our Zero-Point Awakening series may recognize the name Hallelujah Jones (Hal) from the books. One day we may actually write a Hal novel. For now this is just a it of a… ahem… time waste. There’s a real album cover vibe going on there which is awesome as well.

So what else is going on?

The good news is that Wunderkind, the new prequel to Zero-Point Awakening (ZPA) is done. Yes, all written. It has even been through two rounds of editing. It is currently in its third round and after that will go in for copy edits (that’s right, there are 4-5 rounds of edits for each of our novels and stories and usually more than that. We want every book to be the best quality we can produce without cutting corners. We do not have a release date for Wunderkind yet because it depends on how quickly we can complete the final rounds of edits but it will be in the next few months. The other good news is that WK will be completely free and our newsletter subscribers will be the first to get their hands on it.

In other news, we have preorders up on Amazon now for Ascension (ZPA book 3), Mayday (ZPA book 4) and Counterpunch (ZPA book 5). All of these are complete but in various stages of final editing. We particularly like how the cover for Counterpunch has turned out.

There’s always time for one last kebab

Books 6, 7 and 8 are on their way but we have a long way to go still on those. The plan is there and we know where the story is going, but as with all writing it will take us time to get there. One word at a time.

Please do reach out to us with comments, questions, thoughts, jokes or whatever comes to mind. We love hearing from you. Your emails keep things interesting and the feedback helps a lot. Also keep in mind that you can add reviews for any of the book in our free library (the ones you can only get by being a subscriber to our mailing list) by navigating to the page on zzadams.com for the book and adding a review. These are very welcome because none of these books are up on Amazon or on other retail platforms so there is no way to review them otherwise.
